Covering the period from January 1 to December 31, 2022, the report encompasses CODE Development Group’s operations, focusing on the company’s strides towards fostering sustainability in each project.

Regarding Evolution Free Zone, this year’s key accomplishments include the park’s inauguration in December 2022 and the initiation of earth-moving activities under sustainable construction guidelines, prioritizing environmental preservation and efficient energy usage.

Álvaro Carballo, President of CODE Development Group, emphasized sustainability as a cornerstone for the company’s growth and project expansion.
