Evolution Free Zone has reached 60% of the earth works required for the project

The construction process of Evolution Free Zone can be divided into several processes, starting with the earth works, in which we are engaged right now, followed by the placement of pipes, electrical and communication lines, secondary pipes, such as those to be used for irrigation and in case of fire, subgrade leveling with core and shell elements (such as wells, boxes, concrete connections, dikes, etc.), that is, all the underground work that is required at this time.
These works will be followed by paving packages, including the rest of the core and shell work at street level, as well as the pavement, and finally the asphalt. The final works include lighting and vertical signage.
We have managed to move up to 20,000 cubic meters of dirt in one day. Besides this, we have other subprojects, such as the treatment plant, the drinking water plant, porch the porticos, etc., on which we are working on a parallel basis”, concludes Wong.
The project currently employs over 100 people, with the projection of increasing the number as the work progresses.

On the other hand, the first company announced to establish operations at Evolution Free Zone , OKAY Industries – engineering and manufacturing components and subassemblies for OEMs in medical, surgical, precision and specialty markets -, has reached 90% of the earthworks for their building, which should be in the completion stage by the end of 2023.
OKAY Industries will create more than 200 jobs in the Western Region of the country at their site in Evolution Free Zone .
